Workshops

Workshops range from half-day to full-day events. These sessions are warm, respectful, fun and interactive places of exploration and training.

Each attendee at the workshop receives a full color 54-page study guide that contain all the material that will be covered during the workshop. The study guides also contain numerous practices that individuals can take home and implement in their daily lives.

Sample Workshop (all day)

Theme: Understanding the Mind

Objective: This workshop focuses on understanding the inner workings of our mind, adjusting existing subconscious patterns and creating new ones, and developing key inner qualities to help sustain the changes we create.
The goal is to create a balanced personal and professional life that can be sustained.

Topics
We will cover the following concepts to help achieve these goals.
1. Learning How Your Mind Works: Understanding the difference between mind and awareness
2. Concentration: Learning how to concentrate and identifying opportunities in your daily life to practice developing your powers of concentration
3. Willpower: The most important quality to develop in yourself; understanding the importance of it and ways to cultivate it in your daily life
4. The Subconscious Mind: Understanding the nature of the subconscious mind, learning techniques to clear the subconscious of unresolved emotional experiences
5. The Power of Affirmation: Reprogramming the subconscious mind to create a positive mind structure and habit patterns
6. The Eternity of the Moment: Understanding the concept of living in the now; the application of this concept and understanding the difference between mind and awareness is the key to controlling stress
7. Planning the Future: Creating realistic goals to strive towards in key aspects of our lives
