The Fine Art of Meditation

Meditation is a fine art that needs to be understood, approached with a plan and goal, and practiced with consistency to produce results. Though this workshop is practical in its approach, it will provide you with an indepth insight on the fine art of meditation. The session will include a clear overview of what is involved in meditating, learning a few pranayama (breath control) techniques and an outline for meditation. We will also have two 25-min guided meditation sessions during the workshop.

Please bring a small cushion or a yoga mat to sit on for meditation (chairs available for those that can't sit on the floor). Meditation practitioners of all levels welcome including beginners.
